Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway or a fun-filled holiday, our apartments provide the perfect base to explore all that Barbados has to offer.

We do however have some important rules that you need to follow.

General Rules

  • For security and insurance purposes, unregistered visitors are prohibited from accessing the property.
  • Before arrival, it is mandatory to provide the names and addresses of all guests not listed in the booking confirmation letter, including those arriving after key handover.
  • All guests must possess a travel insurance policy covering public liability.
  • While basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning supplies are provided, we kindly request guests to replenish these items after use.
  • The rental fee covers air conditioning, but we ask that you turn it off if a room is not in use, or if the exterior doors are open.
  • Smoking and candle usage are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards and increased insurance costs.
  • Parties and excessive alcohol consumption are also not permitted.
  • We ask guests to treat the apartment with respect and leave it in the same clean and tidy condition as upon arrival.
  • Please do not remove any items such as appliances, ornaments or furnishings from the property.
  • Please ensure that any borrowed items, such as towels, beach chairs, coolers and noodles, are returned to the property before check out.

Check In

Check IN time is 3PM. If the property is vacant, an early check in may be possible for a small fee – please confirm with your host.

Upon arrival, guests are required to settle any remaining rental balance and provide a security deposit in cash before receiving the apartment keys.

With the exception of normal wear and tear, the deposit serves to cover expenses resulting from property damage requiring replacement, excessive cleaning, or damage to listed contents (including furniture and appliances).

Following a satisfactory inspection and cleaning of the apartment before the next guest’s arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of any issues, a repair/replacement estimate will be prepared, and the remaining deposit balance will be promptly returned, no later than 14 days after departure.

Check Out

Check OUT time is 11AM to facilitate inspection and cleaning of the apartments. A late check out may be possible for a small fee – please confirm with your host.

Please ensure your safe is empty and return all keys to the owner/agent by 11AM.

If needed, arrangements can be made to store luggage for a few hours in the afternoon before departing for the airport, but valuables must not be left on the premises.

It’s important to leave the apartment clean and tidy, as we may need to withhold a portion of the security deposit for cleaning expenses if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, please contact management. There will be a $100 USD cancellation fee on any refunded money.

A. Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 100% of the booking deposit.

B. Bookings canceled less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the booking deposit.

C. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

 

However, in the event that another booking can be secured in lieu of the cancellation for the same dates, refunds would be as follows:
