The Space
Apt #5 is our “reconnection suite”—a spacious, open-plan sanctuary designed for families or friends who want to stay together in style. The layout is bright and airy, featuring two of our signature floating Queen beds and a comfortable sofa bed. We’ve used a crisp, modern palette warmed by handcrafted tropical hardwood to keep that “Just Chillin’” aesthetic alive. It’s the perfect, cool hub to spread out, recharge, and enjoy the island together.
Indoor-Outdoor Living
While this unit is designed without a verandah, it is built for effortless comfort and island adventure. The interior is expansive, featuring a dining table for communal meals and plenty of room to relax after a day in the sun. When you’re ready to hit the sand, we’ve got you covered—we provide beach chairs and a cooler to make your 60-second stroll to the beach even better. The ocean is directly opposite, and with several other stunning spots nearby, the Caribbean Sea is essentially your backyard.
Kitchen & Amenities
The high-design kitchenette is built for convenience, featuring custom wood finishes and everything you need for light family meals: an Air-Fryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, plus a dedicated coffee station.
The highlight of the suite is the newly renovated spa-bathroom. Designed with a modern, clean aesthetic, it features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower equipped with a premium multi-jet system. Whether you need an invigorating start to your morning or a deep-tissue massage after a day at the beach, this shower is built for ultimate relaxation. We’ve also included a personal safe, USB plugs for everyone’s devices, and a clothes steamer to keep your holiday wardrobe fresh.
Rest and Recharge
Even in the heart of the vibrant South Coast, we’ve prioritized your downtime. This suite features thick-core doors to provide a solid sense of privacy and separation from the outside world. When it’s time to dial down the energy, just pull the premium blackout curtains, kick on the AC, and let the group sink into a cool, dark, and restful environment.

Ditch the car keys. Everything you need is just steps away: a convenience store and coffee shop for your essentials, a taxi stand, and a local spa for some pampering. For the adventurous, the surf school and bike tours are right there. Whether you’re heading out for a vibrant night in the Gap or staying in to reconnect, you’re exactly where you need to be.

Your Private Space
You have full, exclusive access to the spacious Apartment #5. The unit is secured with a smart lock, and you will receive your unique access code prior to arrival for a seamless self-check-in.
Layout & Balcony
This unit is a large, open-plan studio without a balcony, designed for communal living and shared memories. It feels incredibly spacious and is the perfect “cool-down” hub after a day at the beach.
Kitchenette Note
The kitchenette is fully equipped for light meals and snacks with an Air-Fryer and microwave, but please note there is no stovetop or oven in this specific unit.
Linens
Both bath and beach towels are provided.
Beach Gear
Since there is no private verandah, we’ve made sure you’re “beach ready” by providing beach chairs and a cooler for your use – perfect for the 60-second stroll to the sand just across the street.
Rest & Relaxation
With professional sound-dampening windows, blackout curtains, and individually regulated AC, the whole group is set for blissful nights of rest.
Garment Care
A clothes steamer is provided for your use instead of a traditional iron.
Shared Facilities
Building Entry – Via the main building entrance and the stairs leading to your 2nd-floor retreat. No elevator here, so please ensure everyone in your party is comfortable tackling a flight of stairs!
Laundry – You have access to a shared on-site laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.
Lets start with the location. It is a 15 minute ride from the airport. We chose to get a rent a car but there is a taxi app. He is on the end of the gap, which is perfect enough to be away from all the clubs but still on the main strip. You can cross the street and get to the ocean. Or walk up the street and enjoy the beach. ( they have watersports) the house is also about 10 minutes ride away from the Friday night fish fry in ostins ) a must do). A 30 min drive to Savy on the Bay ( A must go to beach). Boat yard is also next to it. The area is safe, the people are friendly. The night life is walkable or a quick two min ride. The house is clean. Internet work well. And everything looks like the picture. A small Haitian bar is to the left, they are overlooked but it was welcoming and a great jamaican restaurant call irie one block over next to the football field. The host was very responsive. There is a laundry area in the building and what more can I say it is a great place.
I stayed with my husband for a weekend staycation to celebrate our anniversary. We are locals and were very pleasantly surprised with what Glen has done to the space. Definitely worth it.

Great Stay!
The best attribute of the property is the location. You are right next to Dover Beach and all the restaurants on The Gap. The apartment is big and clean. I found communication with the host to be deficient, however, which is mainly why I could not give it a 5-star rating.
Highly recommended. Very clean, spacious, waking distance to the beach, convenient store below, alot of restaurants around, a lot of parking
