Beautifully decorated, very clean, and all locationed in a walkable area. Eventhing you can want in a vacation rental is right here look no further. When back in Barbados I will be booking with Glenn!

I had a wonderful stay at Glenn’s home. It is perfectly located in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap, above Dover Market, directly across from the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions.
The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Despite being close to the main road and nightlife, the windows and doors block out the noise very well, making it peaceful and easy to sleep in.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Barbados.

Glenn and Tanya were very responsive hosts. When we arrived, we asked for a few additional utensils, which they delivered the next day.
The apartment is in a good location, although there are no views and it is a little dark. However, we had everything we needed and it was spacious enough for the two of us.
A car is necessary if you want to explore the island. We hired from Holetown Cars, which worked well. Dover Beach is within walking distance, but the better swimmable beaches are further away. For food shopping, we’d recommend Popular Supermarket, which is about a five-minute drive away and definitely better value than Jordan’s or Massy.
We would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Glenn and Tanya, for being great hosts.

The place was beautiful and the decorum was not what I expected. It was a surprise to see the vision and details that went into the design of this apartment. Also, the surrounding business, where we went for coffee, lunch at the socialites and Jamaica food at irie around the corner from where we stayed. I will definitely recommend this location and I will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏🏾

Glenn’s place was super convenient - there’s a market below the apartment, Dover beach is a 3 min walk (we used it several times), and St Lawerence Gap was a 10min walk down the road. Bliss Cafe is a great breakfast place- 5 min walk around the bend. Highly recommend this place - it’s spotless with a great attention to detail. I’d stay here again.

You can cross the street and get to the ocean. Or walk up the street and enjoy the beach. ( they have watersports) the house is also about 10 minutes ride away from the Friday night fish fry in ostins ) a must do). A 30 min drive to Savy on the Bay ( A must go to beach). Boat yard is also next to it. The area is safe, the people are friendly. The night life is walkable or a quick two min ride. The house is clean. Internet work well. And everything looks like the picture. A small Haitian bar is to the left, they are overlooked but it was welcoming and a great jamaican restaurant call irie one block over next to the football field. The host was very responsive. There is a laundry area in the building and what more can I say it is a great place.

We had a lovely stay, the room was very comfortable and well organised, the really high ceilings made it feel very spacious. The balcony was even more spacious than the photos and was a lovely space to spend time reading, having breakfast and having late night beers. The room is above the market which was very convenient for bfast, they have hot food + delicious flaky patties (i recommend the saltfish patty), fruits, alcohol, pharmacy and and pantry items, everything you might need. The beach is truly a 1 minute walk across the street and my favorite beach during the whole visit. We could feel the beach breeze on the balcony despite the hot weather. The area was a perfect blend of calm, quiet but with lively beach restaurant/bars within 10 min walk or less.
There were many friendly taxi drivers around to take us where we wanted to visit. Would definitely return! The hosts were very responsive and proactive, the best hosts we've had on Airbnb!

My husband & I had a 10 day stay at apartment 3. It was clean, tidy & had all amenities to meet our needs. The bed was comfortable & we slept peacefully. Aircon throughout & wifi was a bonus. Also great to have tea, coffee, oil etc. The welcome gift of rum punch was very much needed after our long flight! It was great to be amongst the locals, whom were friendly & helpful. Everything was within walking distance. Shops, bars, restaurants & beach! Great vegan food at Dexters sports bar which was a 2 minute walk & a lovely breakfast at bliss cafe, 2 minute walk in the other direction. Glenn always answered messages quickly & also messaged to check that everything was ok & that we were enjoying our holiday. We will definitely be going back

Great Spot! Dover Beach, restaurants and Market are awesome - AC is nice and Airbnb is overall comfy as well - we had some issues with the door but besides that our stay was very smooth and Glenn was very responsive and communicative - good stuff! Thanks!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Barbados. The location was perfect—close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made it feel like a home away from home. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was at night, allowing me to fully relax and get good rest. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome place. You are right above a local market so feel right in the mix if Barbadan life. The apartment is clean and very functional and because of high quality windows you don't hear noise from the street. But because of a great wrap around deck you can see town life, chill wi coffee or drinks. Beach which is gorgeous is 1min walk. Many good restaurants nearby. Super close drive to airport.

My m2nd stay at Just Chilling was absolutely awesome. The hosts communicated in a very timely manner and were most helpful. The apartment was beautiful. Exactly as described. It has everything you may wish for. The location is excellent. Less than 3 min walk to 2 beaches. There is a grocery store below, which is super convenient for everything you may need. Taxis are directly across the street. I stayed 3 weeks and can'[t wait to return to Just Chilling. Thank you for another great stay!!

Great location. Nicely renovated and well lit. Good communication with host and really enjoyed the week. I would be curious to try another unit as the lack of outdoor space and kitchen was a little challenging at times but perfect for the traveller who likes to spend most of their time exploring the island. Access to laundry was great for keeping towels and swimsuits dry . Beautiful little beach close by and so close to Dover beach. Would recommend.

This place was great! The beach is easily a 1 minute walk across the street. My wife and walked to easily 15 different bars, restaurants, and coffee shops during our stay. Glenn's place sits above a local grocery store that was incredibly convenient, which also has a kitchen inside for authentic Bajan food. The taxi fare from the airport was about $35 USD each way, and Uber connects you with local taxis in the area. This was our first trip to Barbados, and we have zero regrets with this place. I'm sure you'll love it too.

Glenn was a great host and very helpful with requests we had made to him.

I stayed with my husband for a weekend staycation to celebrate our anniversary. We are locals and were very pleasantly surprised with what Glen has done to the space. Definitely worth it.

Z całego serca polecam ten dom. Jest przestronny i bardzo wygodny. Wystarczy otworzyć okna i jest przyjemna bryza a na noc załączaliśmy klimatyzację w sypialni. Dom ma świetnie wyposażoną kuchnię, również w przyprawy i olej. Jest bardzo blisko do lokalnego marketu, plaży i restauracji. Jednocześnie jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej uliczce. Glenn bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z robakami, co zaskoczyło nas w tak egzotycznym miejscu. Również prawie w ogóle nie było komarów. Naprawdę czuliśmy się tam wspaniałe i jak w domu. Bardzo wygodny system zamykania i otwierania drzwi bez martwienia się o klucze. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę na Barbados z przyjemnością wybrałbym jeszcze raz tę miejsce. Parking dla samochodu również był wygodną opcją. W 100% polecam!

Location of Airbnb was amazing, it really is a one minute walk to the closest beach and if you didn’t want to leave st Lawrence gap you really wouldn’t have to.
The apartment was clean, self check in was really easy and there was loads of parking outside the store below. Communication with the host was also really easy and quick if there was a problem.
However, I wouldn’t say the apartment is sound dampening. The noise outside wasn’t too bad at all, as long as the balcony doors are closed. However you can still hear the road and people talking below outside in the morning even with the doors closed. The walls are also really thin, we was woken up every morning and kept awake till early hours, by the next apartments tv which we could hear word for word and just there general conversations we could hear, and I’m sure they could hear ours too.
But all round it was a good Airbnb & good location.

Great Stay!

Glenn was an incredible host. His response time is the best I have seen from a host. He and his team were incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with. The location of the property is perfect. 2 beaches just minutes away by walk followed by incredible restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Our favorite, Rebel Burger, was right across the street! It is also important to note that the Dover market being located right below the property was the greatest convince of all. The property was clean and true to the photos and the deck/porch exceeded our expectations. When it came to excursions and taxis, there were no issues finding the place as everyone seemed to know where dover market and O2 beach club were.

The best attribute of the property is the location. You are right next to Dover Beach and all the restaurants on The Gap. The apartment is big and clean. I found communication with the host to be deficient, however, which is mainly why I could not give it a 5-star rating.

Any questions were answered quickly and dealt with by a responsive owner.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect. Beautiful beach nearby, restaurants within walking distance, convenience store. We enjoyed the terrace, we had breakfast almost every morning there. The small kitchen is very well equipped with air fryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. There were also 2 beach chairs and plenty of towels, steamer for clothing. The only thing I’d improve is the bedding linen..it felt flimsy and very polyestery. Parking was also easy just in front of the store or on the street, we always found free spots. Barbados was dreamy and we cannot wait to return!

Clean, cozy, comfortable. Great location. Everything was walkable & it felt very safe. It’s on top of a market so it’s very convenient. Even with the few groups of guys hanging around by the stairs, I still didn’t feel unsafe. I would def come again!

This is a wonderful place in a wonderful location. Super walkable, and nearby Dover beach is one of the best beaches in Barbados.

What a find! Location is ideal for exploring the Lawrence Gap Area. Short walk to Dover Beach, easy walk to great restaurants and bars and a speedy cab ride to the fish fry!
Glenn made the whole process so straightforward and his place was ideal for our stay. Very comfortable bed and the little kitchen area was such a bonus that we did not even realise would come in so handy!
It is wonderfully decorated also. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

Amazing location! Convenience store right downstairs with good food, great coffee right across the street, restaurants right across the street and right down the strip and beach is a 2 minute walk. Perfectly away from the super busy area with the bars but a quick 5-10 minute walk there.

Great Location with a supermarket downstairs. The rooms are clean and have a boutique touch. The Host is excellent, responsive and allowed us to book a late check out in the evening to that my family could head directly from there to the airport.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It is in a convenient spot as Dover beach is 2 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a convenience store below the apartment which opens late which works out perfectly when you want to get any last
minute items. Washing clothes was super easy and the detergent was also provided.

Fantastic stay for 11 nights
The room was large with 2 king size beds. Convenience store underneath which was pricey but ideal for essentials. 2 min walk to beach & 10 to 15 min walk to the gap with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. Extremely friendly people will definitely be back

Fantastic stay! We were very happy with the location and proximity to everything. Beautifully decorated, clean, really enjoyed the patio. Glenn was responsive and easy to communicate with; he was quick to address a shower water temperature issue when brought to his attention. I would definitely stay here again!

Super séjour, très bien placé et bien équipé !

Glenn took on a last minute booking. We were literally 30 minutes from landing. We arrived to a perfect place. We had been stressed about where we would be staying as our original location had fallen through. All other reviews say it all. Perfect location, perfect host, perfect space, perfect experience.
I think what I like most is that it felt like a boutique hotel.
We come frequently to Barbados, sadly there were no available future dates. That’s what happens to the good places.

Parfait pour un couple. Nous qui aimons se déplacer à pied étions heureux. Les restaurants, les plages, les boutiques, tout était à proximité. Le logement est super bien isolé et bien qu'il y avait de la vie dans le quartier, les nuits étaient silencieuses. Nous avons été très satisfaits et nous comptons y retourner.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Glenn’s place. The location is very close to Dover Beach. Our room was right above the Dover Market which is super convenient. St.Lawrence Gap is a close walk. There are many restaurants near this location.
The only misunderstanding I had was the size of the upstairs bedroom. It looks exactly like the picture but it’s hard to decipher from looking at the pictures how tall the ceilings are. This room is not for a tall person. I’m 5’6 and felt like I could touch the ceiling.
Other than that, great stay and I would stay here again.

We had a really fantastic stay at the apartment, it made for a very enjoyable family vacation with two young kids. The sizing and layout is great, and beds very comfortable. The balcony is quite large and cozy, we spent lots of time on it when at the flat. The location is excellent, and as stated in the listing is only a few minutes walk to some amazing beaches. The coming and going of trucks restocking the Dover market underneath can be quite noisy, but that’s easily remedied by shutting the balcony door and windows. Overall this was an excellent stay for us!

The accommodation was exactly as described — clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a big plus and really helped with sleeping at night. The location is excellent, just a very short walk to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it.
