The Space

Apt #3 is our signature 2nd-floor sanctuary, designed for those who want a little extra room to breathe. We’ve kept the look crisp and modern, warmed up by our handcrafted tropical hardwood. Unlike the studios, this suite features a fully private bedroom. The star of the room is our signature floating KING sized bed—minimalist and sleek, with deep storage tucked underneath so you can keep your retreat clutter-free and airy.

Indoor-Outdoor Living
Slide back the glass doors and let the island in. Your private verandah comes with its own hammock, artisanal lighting, and comfy seating—it’s the ultimate spot to nurse a coffee while you “see the Gap go by.” We’ve even added a bit of nighttime magic: switch on the high-ceiling crown moulding for a soft blue glow that sets the perfect Caribbean ambiance right there on the verandah. When the ocean calls, you’re just 60 seconds from having your toes in the surf. Your beach is directly opposite, and that blue water is impossible to resist for a sunset dip.

Kitchen & Amenities
We designed this kitchen to be as high-end as it is functional. Decked out with custom wood counters, it’s fully stocked for real cooking with a stovetop, Air-Fryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster—plus a dedicated coffee station. The bathroom is a total standout, featuring a spacious glass-enclosed shower with a premium multi-jet shower tower for a spa-like experience. We’ve also included a clothes steamer and a personal safe for total peace of mind.

Quiet by Design
We love the energy of the South Coast, but your rest is our priority. This suite is part of our “Quiet Revolution,” equipped with professional-grade acoustic windows and thick-core doors. When you’re ready to dial it down, just pull the blackout curtains, kick on the AC, and let the outside world disappear into total relaxation.

Ditch the car keys. Everything is right here: a convenience store and coffee shop for the essentials, a taxi stand, and a local spa for when you need to unwind. If you’re craving adventure, the surf school and bike tours are just steps away, and you have four stunning beaches to explore nearby. Guest Access

Your Private Space
You have full, exclusive access to Apartment #3 and your private hammock verandah. The unit is secured with a smart lock, and you will receive your unique access code prior to arrival for a seamless self-check-in experience.

Rest & Relaxation
With professional sound-dampening windows and doors, blackout curtains, and individually regulated air conditioning, you are perfectly set for blissful nights of rest and relaxation.

Linens
Both bath and beach towels are provided.

Garment Care
A clothes steamer is provided for your use instead of a traditional iron.

Laundry – You have access to a shared on-site laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

Building Entry – Via the main building entrance and the stairs leading to your 2nd-floor retreat. No elevator here, so please ensure everyone in your party is comfortable tackling a flight of stairs!
