Apt #8 is our elegant boutique studio, designed for travelers who love a sleek, modern aesthetic. The room is defined by a crisp palette and handcrafted tropical hardwood accents. The centerpiece is the floating Queen bed, which we’ve outfitted with ambient under-lighting to set a sophisticated mood. It’s a chic, intimate space where every detail—from the deep luggage storage to the USB plugs—is built for effortless comfort.

Indoor-Outdoor Living
While this unit is a cozy interior studio without a verandah, it’s the perfect cool-down sanctuary after a day in the sun. You’ll find a thoughtful setup for your arrival, including coffee, tea, and chilled juice. When you’re ready for the ocean, grab the provided beach chairs and cooler for the 60-second stroll to the sand. Your beach is directly opposite, and you have four others to explore nearby.

Kitchen & Amenities
The kitchenette is as elegant as it is handy, featuring custom wood finishes, a microwave, minifridge, and a dedicated coffee station with “pull-out” table for additional workspace. The bathroom follows the same luxury standard with a spacious multi-jetted shower and premium fixtures. We’ve made sure you have everything you need to feel pampered, including a hairdryer and complimentary boutique soaps, gels, and hair care.

Quiet by Design
Even with the vibrant energy of the South Coast just outside, Apt #8 is a quiet sanctuary. Equipped with our “Quiet Revolution” sound-dampening windows and thick-core doors, it’s designed as a peaceful sanctuary from the coastal energy. Close the blackout curtains, kick on the AC, and enjoy a level of relaxation that’s hard to find elsewhere.

You are perfectly positioned. A convenience store, taxi stand, and public transport are all right here. Spend your days at the surf school or the local spa, and your nights exploring the restaurants of the Gap—all just a short walk away. Whether you’re here to explore or just to “chill,” you’re in the heart of it all.

Guest Access

Your Private Space
You have full, exclusive access to Apartment #8. The unit is secured with a smart lock, and you will receive your unique access code prior to arrival for a seamless self-check-in.

Layout & Balcony
This unit is a large, open-plan studio without a balcony, designed for communal living and shared memories. It feels incredibly spacious and is the perfect “cool-down” hub after a day at the beach.

Kitchenette Note
The kitchenette is fully equipped for light meals and snacks with an Air-Fryer and microwave, but please note there is no stovetop or oven in this specific unit.

Linens
Both bath and beach towels are provided.

Beach Gear
Since there is no private verandah, we’ve made sure you’re “beach ready” by providing beach chairs and a cooler for your use – perfect for the 60-second stroll to the sand just across the street.

Rest & Relaxation
With professional sound-dampening windows, blackout curtains, and individually regulated AC, the whole group is set for blissful nights of rest.

Garment Care
A clothes steamer is provided for your use instead of a traditional iron.

Building Entry
Via the main building entrance and the stairs leading to your 2nd-floor retreat. No elevator here, so please ensure everyone in your party is comfortable tackling a flight of stairs!

Laundry
You have access to a shared on-site laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.
